Foundation Capital: Case Study Report

The Foundation Capital LEED Case Study report, developed by EduTracks, highlights the green features of their LEED-CI Gold, Sapanish colonial revival-style building in Menlo Park, California. The firm, which invests in a wide range of companies in the Clentech sector, is committed to implememting green building practices in its headquarters facility.

The Case Study report tells the story of the facility's green practices including its daylight and views, water efficiency through dual-flush toilets an automatic lavatory faucets; low VOCs in the paints, plasters, sealants and adhesives; construction waste management which diverted 95 percent of the demolition debris; and its recycled content including reclaimed wood flooring, denimm insulation and recycled wall panels.
